Healthy Appetite

To help you get the most from your Fitness Weekend and put you on the path to healthy eating habits – this is a weekend with no alcohol but plenty of hydrating drinks plus delicious, nutritious meals and snacks prepared for you. We won’t starve you! You are expected to stay on location with us – no trips out for sugary fat-laden cakes! Our accommodation is also strictly ‘no smoking’.

Our Nutrition Expert will host a healthy eating workshop, packed with nutritional information, recipe ideas, advice and tips for eating the right food in the right portions for good health and weight control. During the weekend, menus devised by our Nutritionist feature local produce, organic food where practical, with fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables. Please advise any dietary requirements when booking.
