After welcoming you on Day 1, a fitness assessment, including recording your weight and body fat percentage, will help us to provide the best programme for you. There will be time both for settling in and participating in your first day activities.

We rise, ready to start at 7am on Days 2 and 3 for a pre-breakfast training session. You will be encouraged to work out to at least a moderate intensity as you keep on the move in a variety of sessions throughout the day. Regular, healthy meals and snacks will keep your body well fuelled to cope with your active weekend. Your efforts should kickstart a reduction in body fat – perfect if your goal is to drop a dress size!

In the evenings, join in activities such as pilates, dance or a stretch session, or simply chill out, chat, read – enjoy some well-earned ‘me time’. Or, be pampered after a full-on day of fitness with a touch of Athena goddess treatment! A range of beauty treatments and soothing/sports massage are offered as optional extras for Friday/Saturday evening. These need to be booked in advance. Whatever you do, we recommend lights out by 10pm for a refreshing sleep!
