Fantastic for toning, weight loss, improving strength and boosting your confidence – join our fun courses for Beginner Levels 1 + 2, Intermediate Levels  3 + 4,  Advanced Levels 4-star, 5 and 6.  Burn around 400 calories per class.

No previous dance experience needed, we will teach you all the tricks/moves you need to know!

Newly-fitted Dance Studio within Dels Fitness Centre, 24 Queen Street, Gravesend, DA12 2EE. High quality, secured steel dance poles with specialised safety mats. Taught in fun and friendly environment by dedicated team of qualified and insured professional instructors. Limited to 18 ladies per class. (Free parking outside and in marketplace after 6pm). What to wear? Shorts and a vest or T-shirt, plus trainers for the warm up – Athena pole fitness clothing is also available to buy.

Athena Pole Fitness course for Levels 4*, 5 and 6

6 consecutive weeks course starts Thursday 8 July 2010

Classes Thursday evenings: 7pm-8pm

Drop-in Practice Sessions

Drop-in Practice Sessions, Tuesday evenings, only £5. Time: 6.30-7.30 pm.

You must be attending, or have attended, Athena Pole Fitness classes to be eligible to attend Drop-in Practice Sessions.
