“I have a moderately active lifestyle. I wanted to tone up more but often get bored going to the gym. Olivia is my Personal Trainer for motivation and to push me, as left alone I would probably not attempt harder programmes. My goals were to tone up and lose weight. I enjoy the training sessions and it is a worthwhile investment, especially on the days when otherwise I might not bother. After 7-8 weeks I could really see physical benefits – I had lost 1% fat and a few pounds. Endurance and performance improved and I was toned up. I’m really happy that I’ve kept it going and I feel good in myself. And my friends and family noticed I look more toned and slimmer. I am three-quarters there – I would like to get a flatter stomach! I would definitely recommend Athena Fitness.”

“Previously, I boxed, did weight training, swimming, running and martial arts. Now I love to play golf and go fishing. But on holiday, I realised how unfit and overweight I had become. When I joined in holiday activities, I felt people laughed at my incompetance. The consultation with Olivia was very beneficial. For most of my life, I have been fit and healthy. My goal was to reach an acceptable level of fitness for me to be happy. Due to Athena Fitness, my heart rate has lowered again, along with my blood pressure. I like to have targets, and the training sessions give them to me. After 10 weeks, my flexibility has greatly improved and a long term back problem has ceased. A weight loss of 17lbs has occurred and my blood pressure and pulse, have adjusted back to rates I had at 27. I am 43. As for psychological benefits, social interaction is more enjoyable and I am more confident. A friend at my golf club now calls me ‘young Graham’, and my wife thinks I am sexy again! My goal is to retain the levels I have regained and to try gradually to go further. Would I recommend Athena Fitness? Yes, absolutely. Thank you Olivia. I had my doubts about what I wanted to achieve, but you give me programmes which I am really enjoying.”
