Aerial Loops is a unique apparatus featuring two soft loops suspended from the ceiling. It offers the grip and shape of aerial straps or chains, but with a more forgiving, skin-friendly feel. You’ll explore movements that involve strength, flow, and wraps, and develop excellent grip and upper body control.

What to Wear:
Short-sleeved tops required to protect the skin and avoid burns. Fitted leggings recommended.

AERIAL
SILKS

Levels & Experience:

All levels welcome - No experience needed

Aerial Silks involves climbing, wrapping, and suspending yourself on two long pieces of fabric. You’ll learn climbs, locks, poses, and eventually dramatic drops, building full-body strength and flexibility along the way. Silks is an intense and rewarding discipline that combines artistry with athleticism.

What to Wear:
Short-sleeved tops required to protect the skin and avoid burns. Fitted leggings recommended.

AERIAL
TRAPEZE

Levels & Experience:

All levels welcome - No experience needed

Trapeze offers a horizontal bar suspended by two ropes, allowing for structured poses and dynamic tricks. You’ll begin with groundwork and bar-based moves before progressing to rope climbs, inverts, and eventually drops. A brilliant base for learning control and building functional strength.

What to Wear:
Fitted activewear is ideal. Socks are recommended for aerial classes.

AERIAL
SLING

Levels & Experience:

Aerial Sling is a looped hammock-style fabric that wraps and supports your body through a variety of beautiful shapes, spins, and sequences. It’s great for developing spatial awareness and confidence in the air, and often feels more accessible than silks or hoop.

What to Wear:

AERIAL
HOOP (LYRA)

Levels & Experience:

All levels welcome - No experience needed

Aerial Hoop, or Lyra, is a steel ring suspended from the ceiling that allows you to perform beautiful, gymnastic shapes in the air. This class explores everything from mounting the hoop and creating elegant poses, to transitions and sequencing.

You’ll build upper body strength, coordination, and confidence with each move. Classes begin with a warm-up tailored to aerial conditioning, and end with a thorough cooldown.

Taught in our purpose-built aerial studio with Olympic-standard pulley rigging (up to 5m) and crash mats for your safety.

What to Wear:
Fitted activewear is ideal. Socks are recommended for aerial classes.

POLE
FITNESS

Levels & Experience:

Classes are available for mixed levels, beginners, and advanced students.

Pole Fitness is a fantastic way to tone up, increase strength, and build self-confidence. Our progressive classes cover climbs, spins, tricks, inverts, and combinations.

With dedicated levels from complete beginner to super advanced, everyone is supported in their journey. Each session includes a warm-up, strength drills, skill learning, and cool-down.

What to Wear:
Shorts recommended (skin = grip). Avoid moisturiser or oils 24hrs before class.

Water bottle, a sweat towel, and lots of energy!

POLE
CHOREO

Levels & Experience:

Pole Choreo is all about musicality, movement, and mood. In this class, you’ll learn fluid combinations that connect pole tricks with floorwork and transitions, helping you dance with intention and style.

We also explore authentic pole, honouring the roots of pole dance through grounded movement, sensual flow, and creative self-expression.

Whether it's slow and lyrical or bold and heels-based, each session offers something different to inspire your movement. Perfect for building stamina, grace, and confidence — no dance or pole experience needed.

What to Wear:
Leggings recommended. You can go barefoot, wear socks, or pole-specific heels.

TWERK
FITNESS

Levels & Experience:

Twerk Fitness is a high-energy dance workout that targets your glutes, thighs, and core while burning serious calories. Learn popping, bouncing, and shaking movements in an empowering and supportive environment.

Expect sweat, smiles, and serious sass.

Fitted activewear is ideal. Socks are recommended for aerial classes.

CIRCUS
ACADEMY

Building mini aerialists with confidence and creativity.

Our award-winning Circus Academy offers children a fun, safe, and structured introduction to aerial arts. Kids can try aerial hoop, silks, pole, trapeze, sling, and even specialist kit like aerial cubes, spirals, and hearts.

All instructors are fully certified, insured, DBS checked, and experienced with SEN. The academy also hosts seasonal workshops, shows, photoshoots, and competitions. We believe aerial is for every body - and our little flyers are always encouraged to shine.

PRIVATE
LESSONS

Your session, your goals, your pace.

Tailor your training with private sessions (1:1 or small groups). Work on specific skills, routines, or build strength and confidence in a more focused setting.

Available across all our aerial and fitness disciplines, including flexibility, choreography, and kids' circus.
