Athena Fitness offers professional, fun and effective fitness classes for all fitness levels. Our classes include Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop, Pole Choreo, Aerial Silks, Trapeze, Circus workshops, Children’s Classes, Flexibility, Twerk, Holistic massages and more.

YES! Our beginner-friendly classes are perfect for anyone new to pole, aerial, or fitness in general. You don’t need to be strong or flexible to start — that’s what we’re here to help you build.

Nope! Pole and aerial are for every body. We welcome all shapes and sizes, and our equipment is safely rated for well above average weights.

Not necessarily. If you’ve trained before, feel free to book into a class that matches your level. If it’s been a while, we may suggest a quick skills check or a refresher to help place you. Just message us if you’re unsure!

Absolutely - but only the right kind. We allow pole-specific heels (like Pleasers, Ellie etc.) in our Choreo or Authentic classes. We’ll also help you build ankle strength and safe movement in heels.

Not at all! Our Flex classes are designed to help you become more flexible, whether you’re just starting out or working toward deeper splits.

Our Athena Circus Academy welcomes children from age 4 and up, with age-specific classes tailored to their skill level, coordination, and confidence. As they grow, so does their aerial journey - and once they turn 16, they’re welcome to transition into our adult classes.
